Cancellation Policy

We understand that it is not easy to pick the perfect dress for your special day,and you may change your mind sometimes.However,all our dresses are made to order no matter it is standard size or customized size,so our Cancellation Policy is more strict than most other products,but we do give a bit time for you to change your mind.

1.       Unpaid Order

All unpaid orders will be cancelled automatically within two weeks, you can ignore the unpaid order.you can order again at any time after you have made up your mind.

2.       Paid Order

P.S.:Once the dress is shipped,cancellation can not be applied anymore,please follow return policy instead.

3.How to cancel a paid order?

Please email us your order ID and cancellation request A.S.A.P,the time frame will be based on the arrival of your email.
